1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Peirce’s Landscape Construction ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you ("Client," "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Offered

Peirce’s Landscape Construction provides professional landscaping and hardscape services including, but not limited to:

Landscape Design
Outdoor Living Spaces
Patio Installation & Renovation
Outdoor Kitchen Installation
Retaining Wall Installation
Water Feature Installation
Property Drainage Solutions
Snow and Ice Management

Each project is subject to a custom estimate and scope of work agreed upon by both parties before work begins.

3. Estimates & Proposals

All proposals provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Work will only commence upon written approval and receipt of any required deposit.

4. Payments

Payments are due based on the terms outlined in your estimate or contract. We accept payments by check, bank transfer, and other approved methods. Late payments may incur interest or result in work stoppage until resolved.

5. Scheduling & Delays

We strive to complete all projects in a timely manner, but scheduling may be affected by weather, material availability, or unforeseen site conditions. Any changes to the timeline will be communicated promptly.

6. Site Access & Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing safe and clear access to the worksite. Pets, personal items, or other hazards must be secured or removed prior to service. We are not liable for damages caused by conditions outside of our control.

7. Changes & Additional Work

Any changes to the original scope of work must be documented and approved by both parties. Additional work may result in a revised estimate or change order.

8. Warranties

We stand by the quality of our work. Specific warranties on workmanship or materials will be outlined in your individual contract or proposal. Warranty coverage may be voided if proper maintenance is not followed.

9. Cancellations

Cancellations must be made in writing. If work has already begun, the client may be responsible for covering costs incurred up to the date of cancellation.

10. Liability

Peirce’s Landscape Construction is fully insured. However, we are not responsible for damages caused by existing site conditions, acts of God, or other contractors not affiliated with us.

11. Intellectual Property

All designs, plans, and creative work produced by us remain the property of Peirce’s Landscape Construction unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the State of Rhode Island. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with these laws.
